- Delayed reports (report generation or delivery delays are not grounds for a refund).
- Failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date. Subscription terms, including automatic renewal policies, are clearly outlined during purchase and in our Terms & Conditions.
Requesting a Refund
If you believe your request qualifies for a refund, please provide the following information via our refund request form or email it to support@peoplefinder.info:

- Reason for Refund: (e.g., empty report, duplicate charge)
- First and Last Name
- Transaction Date

Additional Refund Terms
- Partial Refund for Subscriptions: If a refund is requested after a subscription has been activated, we may issue a partial refund, deducting the cost of a full report (normally priced at $29.99 or the listed price on our website before discounts).
- Processing Time: Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 10 business days. You will receive a response once the request has been evaluated.
- Refund Payment Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever feasible, unless technical reasons prevent this.
